YOUR INFRARED SAUNA ACCESS GUIDE

Everything you need for your visit to soul athletic sauna’s

Please watch these short videos before you arrive.

don’t forget to bring suitable swimwear to wear inside the sauna and

at least one towel to sit on inside the sauna.

PARKDALE SAUNA DOOR ACCESS

YOU HAVE TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE SOUL ATHLETIC APP DOWNLOADED AND LOGGED INTO YOUR PROFILE ON YOUR MOBILE PHONE UPON ARRIVAL.

  • OPEN THE SOUL ATHLETIC APP

  • SELECT VIC

  • SCROLL TO ‘LOCKS’ WHICH WILL APPEAR BETWEEN MEMBERSHIPS & PRODUCTS, ONLY AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING ONLY.

  • IF THE FRONT PINK DOOR IS LOCKED ON THE PARKERS ROAD ENTRY, GO TO LOCKS AND SELECT THE GOLD ‘START’ BUTTON TO OPEN THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR.

  • ONCE INSIDE GO TO THE BACK LEFT DOOR OF THE DOWNSTAIRS SOUL ATHLETIC WELLNESS SPACE.

    • HAVE YOUR SOUL ATHLETIC APP OPEN AND SELECT THE GOLD ‘START’ BUTTON TO OPEN THE SAUNA DOOR.

    • PLEASE NOTE THESE LOCKS ONLY APPEAR DURING YOUR BOOKED TIME ALLOWANCE.

    • IF YOU LEAVE THE ROOM DURING YOUR BOOKED TIME ENSURE YOU HAVE YOUR PHONE TO ACCESS THE ROOM AGAIN, AS IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOCK FOR YOU PERSONAL SECURITY.

      • Toilet access is locked downstairs at the entry. Use code 1985 to open the toilet door. However, ensure you bring your phone to allow access back into the sauna room again.

      • No access is granted to any other area of the Soul Athletic building, aside from the sauna room and toilet. This building is monitored by 24/7 motion detection.

    • PLEASE ALSO NOTE, ANOTHER CLIENT MAY ENTER THE SAUNA ROOM IF YOU HAVE NOT DEPARTED WITHIN YOUR BOOKED TIME. SO ENSURE YOU LEAVE ONTIME.

PARKDALE - HOW TO USE THE SAUNA

Please follow the video above.

  • To turn on the sauna, press and hold the black touch pad on the left side inside the sauna with one finger.

  • Select temperature and timer to your ideal temperature, this will start heating up whilst you get yourself ready.

  • You can turn off the indoor and outdoor lighting or change colour.

  • You can also play music in the sauna. Select music and select BT. Then on your phone open bluetooth and select ‘sauna’.

  • Please play music no louder than 8 in volume on the sauna touch pad.

  • Please also read our health guidelines and rules located inside the sauna room.

SANDRINGHAM SAUNA DOOR ACCESS

YOU HAVE TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE SOUL ATHLETIC APP DOWNLOADED AND LOGGED INTO YOUR PROFILE ON YOUR MOBILE PHONE UPON ARRIVAL.

  • OPEN THE SOUL ATHLETIC APP

  • SELECT VIC

  • SCROLL TO ‘LOCKS’ WHICH WILL APPEAR BETWEEN MEMBERSHIPS & PRODUCTS, ONLY AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING ONLY.

  • YOU MUST BE AT 11 WALTHAM STREET FRONT DOOR TO ALLOW ACCESS (THIS IS GEOFENCED)

  • GO TO LOCKS AND SELECT THE GOLD ‘START’ BUTTON TO OPEN THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR.

  • ONCE INSIDE, CLOSE DOOR SECURELY BEHIND YOU.

    • IF LIGHTS ARE OFF IN WELLNESS SPACE, SWITCHES ARE LOCATED RIGHT AT MAIN ENTRY DOOR.

    • HAVE YOUR SOUL ATHLETIC APP OPEN AND SELECT THE GOLD ‘START’ BUTTON TO OPEN THE SAUNA DOOR. YOU HAVE 2.5 MINUTES TO WALK DOWN THE CORRIDOR AND TURN LEFT. THE SAUNA IS LOCATED ON THE FAR LEFT CORNER.

    • PLEASE NOTE THESE LOCKS ONLY APPEAR DURING YOUR BOOKED TIME ALLOWANCE.

    • IF YOU LEAVE THE ROOM DURING YOUR BOOKED TIME ENSURE YOU HAVE YOUR PHONE TO ACCESS THE ROOM AGAIN, AS IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOCK FOR YOU PERSONAL SECURITY.

      • Toilet access is locked, the toilet key is in the sauna room. Follow the map in the room to locate the toilet. Ensure you bring the key and your phone to gain access back to wellness area and the sauna room.

      • No access is granted to any other area of the Soul Athletic building, aside from the sauna room and toilet. This building is monitored by 24/7 motion detection.

HOW TO USE THE SANDRINGHAM SAUNA

  • To turn on the sauna, press power (if not already on)

  • Select temperature and timer to your ideal temperature, this will start heating up whilst you get yourself ready.

  • You can turn off the indoor and outdoor lighting or change colour.

  • You can also play music in the sauna. Select music and select INFRARED SAUNA. Then on your phone open bluetooth and select ‘sauna’.

  • Please play music no louder than 8 in volume on the sauna touch pad.
