Soul Athletic was created nearly 10 years ago, from pure sleep deprivation. Our first born was born with extreme FOMO (I’m not sure if you can relate??) which meant we had YEARS of non sleeping, screaming, failed sleep windows (which we’re sure she was born without sleep windows!!).
This made for one extremely tired, grumpy and not so emotionally sound mum, that desperately wanted just 45mins to do something for herself….
We’ve realised that although it was a long time ago, we still remember it like it was yesterday.
This was the reason we created Soul Athletic, to enable movement to our community. Before the BIG pilates studio boom…
A space of no judgements, no fitness tracking, no macro tracking, no expectations … just plain and simple movement that feels good for you and your body. Accessible to everyone.
Fast forward 10 years, and we are about to celebrate 10 years since creating Soul Athletic.
We felt it was fitting to give back to our communities by offering to the current community members (that we also were some 10 years ago) that space we longed for ourselves.
