Cancellation Policy.

 

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure that the studio can operate as smoothly as possible, and to allow adequate notice for others to enrol in classes.

Cancellation periods

  • 10 hours notice is required for all class cancellations

  • If cancelled during this time, your class payment will be taken in full

Health & Safety Policy.

 

In light of the recent COVID-19 Epidemic, we have implemented the following safety measures.

  • All persons are required to sanitise their hands upon entering the building (hand sanitiser is available at the studio entrance).

  • All persons are required to wipe down their equipment after use, sanitising wipes will be provided.

  • Designated areas in the studio have been marked on the floor to indicate where to place mats, ensuring 1.5m spacing to allow for adequate social distancing.

  • Individuals are encouraged to bring their own mats. If there is a need to use a mat, we ask that a large towel be used to cover the surface of the mat.

  • We ask that clients arrive on time, and leave immediately after class as under current restrictions we cannot allow for loitering in the studio.

  • Bookings are essential, casual ‘walk in’ clients will not be accepted in the studio at this time.

  • Please maintain the recommended social distancing at all times.

  • If you are unwell, or present any signs of coronavirus, or if you are awaiting test results please do not attend the studio.

  • If you have been diagnosed with coronavirus, we will not accept you into the studio until you provide documented clearance from a medical professional.
