Infrared sauna access is included with your Soul Athletic membership at no additional charge.

You simply use the credits you already have.

One credit equals one session.

The same credit can be used for a reformer class or an infrared sauna session — whichever suits you that day.

Each infrared sauna session runs for 45 minutes.

However, this includes time for you to enter the room, heat sauna to your preferred temperature, enjoy approximately 30mins of relaxation, wipe down the sauna and leave the room within 45minutes total time.

As the next client will be able to access at exactly 45minutes.

Listen to your body and step out if you feel unwell at any point.

However, if you want a longer session (it is recommended only 30minute sessions) you can book two back to back sessions using two credits.

Infrared sauna is available now at our Parkdale and Sandringham studios in Bayside Melbourne.

Book your infrared sauna session in the Soul Athletic app, selecting appointments, location, day and your chosen time.

Stay hydrated before and after, and check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, unwell, or managing a medical condition.

Full safety guidance is listed in the wellness room.

Wear swimwear at all times in the sauna and bring at least one full sized towel to sit on in the sauna.

This is compulsory.

Option to bring additional towel for the floor if you find you sweat a lot.
