REFORMER FLOW

This class is suitable for brand new clients and regular alike.

You will enjoy the fundamentals of reformer pilates, with some optional advancements along the way, giving you a total body workout without leaving you feel exhausted.

REFORMER ACTIVE

Ready to take things up a notch? This class offers more advanced variations, blending low-impact movements with possible jump board and cardio. 

So expect short bursts of heart-rate-lifting fun and that familiar love-hate pilates burn. You’ll move through a mix of balance and stability challenges, strong and dynamic sequences, and even the occasional jump board for added power.

REFORMER STRENGTH

Build power, tone your muscles, and feel stronger! 

Overtime, you will build muscle, increase strength and increase your bone density through resistance training on a reformer machine with weights.

  • Yes. Reformer Pilates is suitable for beginners because the machine provides support while allowing you to build strength gradually. We highly recommend starting with our Reformer Flow classes

  • Many members see the best results attending two classes per week to build strength and improve consistency.

  • Comfortable activewear and grip socks are recommended for reformer Pilates classes and a drink bottle.

  • No experience is required. Our beginner-friendly - Reformer Flow classes are designed to help you learn the fundamentals safely.

  • Yes we welcome Prenatal, provided you are cleared to exercise by your medical professional for group exercise and enjoying a low risk pregnancy. You can attend Reformer Flow and Reformer Strength classes, and participate to your capabilities. Ensuring you confirm with your instructor prior to class you are pregnant.
