Tweed Heads is just across the border from our Tugun studio. The one thing to know is the clock. Our classes run on Queensland time, and from October to April New South Wales is an hour ahead. Here is how it works.

Tugun is roughly 7 to 8 km from Tweed Heads. Drivers usually allow about 15 minutes, and parking is free out the front. The Tugun Bypass links New South Wales with the Gold Coast, but check your maps app for the quickest route at your hour. By bus, TransLink route 700 runs from Tweed Heads about every ten minutes and takes around 18 minutes. Check which stop is closest to the studio in your journey planner.

Tugun is our largest studio, with 15 reformers. It is open Monday to Friday 5:15am to 8:15pm, Saturday 7:30am to 12pm and Sunday 8am to 12pm, all Queensland time.

There is no second studio nearby, but one membership also works at our six Bayside Melbourne studios if you travel south.

Which class to start with

We have three class types.

  1. Reformer Flow is the most popular class and suits all levels, including beginners.

  2. Reformer Active is for intermediate and advanced clients, with a touch of cardio.

  3. Reformer Strength uses heavier springs and weights. It is slow, controlled and suitable for all.

New clients get 5 classes for $50, valid for 14 days. Download the app, choose QLD, then Tugun, and book Reformer Flow. Look at the time shown in the app before you head out, because it follows your phone. Cancel at least 6 hours before the class starts if you cannot make it.
